The Human Trace Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by sisters Jaz, Leslie, and Wesley Espinal after the loss of their mother to suicide in 2019.
What began as a journey through grief became a calling to help others heal. Today, we believe lasting change starts long before crisis, it begins with emotional education, meaningful connection, and communities that care for one another.
Our mission is to cultivate conscious growth, compassionate healing, and collective well-being by creating spaces where people can connect, discover their purpose, and support one another. Through community initiatives, mental health education, and connection to nature, we're helping build a future where no one has to navigate life alone.
Because healing isn't meant to happen in isolation. It happens together.
The Human Trace isn't just our nonprofit, it belongs to the community.
If you've always dreamed of leading a workshop, starting a book club, hosting a creative gathering, teaching a skill, or bringing people together around a cause you care about, we want to help make it happen.
By partnering with local businesses, artists, educators, and everyday changemakers, we're creating opportunities for people to step into their purpose and give back in their own unique way.
Because when one person finds their voice, they inspire others to do the same.
And that's how stronger communities are built.
